As a result, the legal representative's credit history of the merchant will also have a default stain.
2.The [Walmart] mall's stores are divided into three levels: Gold, Diamond, and Crown. Decide the store level based on your actual situation. The higher the level, the more products can be listed, and the store's traffic also increases accordingly. (After becoming a Crown merchant, when consumers search for individual core keywords and similar products appear, they will naturally give priority to merchants with good credit. The mall will also provide free advertisement for Crown merchants' bestselling products, making it easier for buyers to discover your store's items, thus increasing the chances of transactions.)
3.If there are buyers who place purchase orders in the store, the merchant should promptly process them. If orders are not processed within 3 working days, it will lower the store's ranking, which will have a certain impact on the store's reputation score. If orders are not processed within 7 working days, the mall will conduct an operational evaluation of your store, provide support for the store's fund ratio, conduct rectification or take appropriate coordinated measures based on verification. 4.The [Walmart] e-commerce platform suggests supporting unconditional returns and exchanges within 7 working days. However, this is a decision made by the merchants themselves. In the case of quality issues leading to returns or exchanges, the mall will bear the postage cost. If the issue is non-quality related, the postage for returning the product and sending out the replacement will be borne by the buyer. Depreciation processing can be carried out if necessary conditions exist.
5.After the customer confirms payment, the merchant cannot directly withdraw funds. When a buyer places an order and makes payment, the funds will flow to the mall platform. After the buyer receives the goods and confirms that there are no issues with the products, the buyer will initiate the "Confirm Receipt" action. Only then will the funds be transferred from the mall platform to the merchant, allowing the merchant to proceed with withdrawal. Generally, after the merchant confirms shipment by marking an order as "Shipped" (system status: "Shipped by Merchant"), the buyer has 7 working days to confirm receipt of the goods. The merchant will also receive payment and profit within a week.
6.Merchants have the option to transfer their available funds to Yu'ebao, where they will earn daily interest based on the fixed deposit duration. The funds within Yu'ebao can be used to pay for buyer orders, but cannot be withdrawn directly before the maturity date. The minimum withdrawal threshold for merchants is set at a balance of $100 USD.
7.【Walmart】 e-commerce platform's requirements for store registration are as follows:
(1) Complete the store registration application form.
(2) Provide legal identification documents for the business owner, including both sides of the ID card, passport, household registration book, business license, or other relevant personal information.
(3) Provide a valid and active mobile phone number.
(4) Provide a registered email address for the business.
(5) Provide the bank account information of the business's UnionPay card for receiving payments.
(6) Provide the business's shipping address.
(7) Specify the main categories for which you are applying to open a store.
(8) Activate the store by paying the corresponding deposit for the store's products.
